This Privacy Policy explains how Muhamz Labs ("Muhamz Labs," "we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with Outreach Agent, a private, self-hosted application used by its operator to manage business outreach workflows, including authorized Gmail mailbox connections. This policy applies to Outreach Agent and to this website.

2. Who Uses Outreach Agent

Outreach Agent is operated privately by Muhamz Labs. It is not distributed as a public SaaS product, and it is used by its operator to connect and manage Gmail accounts that the operator is authorized to use for business outreach.

3. Information We Access Through Google/Gmail

When an authorized Gmail account is connected to Outreach Agent, the application may access Gmail data necessary to provide its functionality. This may include, as applicable:

• Account and email identity information (such as the connected email address)
• The ability to send email on behalf of the connected account
• Reading messages and replies needed for reply detection and outreach management
• Message metadata (such as sender, subject, and timestamps)
• OAuth authorization credentials and tokens required to maintain the connection

4. How We Use This Information

Information accessed through connected Gmail accounts is used solely to operate Outreach Agent's core functionality, including:

• Sending operator-authorized outreach emails
• Detecting replies to outreach messages
• Managing and scheduling follow-up messages
• Preventing further messages after a reply or opt-out where applicable
• Monitoring mailbox operational health (such as warm-up status)
• Managing deliverability and suppression lists

OAuth tokens are used only to operate authorized Gmail connections within Outreach Agent and are not used for any purpose outside of this functionality.

5. Google API Services User Data Policy & Limited Use

Outreach Agent's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

• We do not sell Google user data.
• We do not use Google user data for advertising purposes.
• We do not transfer Google user data to third parties, except as necessary to provide or improve the application's core functionality, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, and only in a manner consistent with this policy.
• Human access to Google user data is limited to what is necessary for security purposes, to comply with applicable law, or with the operator's explicit consent for the specific data involved.
• Access to Google account data is limited to what is required for Outreach Agent's stated functionality.

6. Data Storage, Retention, and Deletion

OAuth tokens and operational data (such as campaign records, message logs, and suppression lists) are stored by the application to allow it to function, including maintaining authorized Gmail connections and outreach history. Data is retained only as long as necessary for operational and business purposes.

The operator of Outreach Agent can delete locally stored application data at any time. We do not claim that data is never stored — OAuth tokens and operational data are stored as part of normal application operation.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and administrative measures intended to protect information handled by Outreach Agent. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Revoking Access

Authorization for Outreach Agent to access a connected Gmail account can be revoked at any time through the Google Account's third-party access settings. Revoking access will prevent Outreach Agent from accessing that account going forward.

9. No Sale of Data

We do not sell credentials, tokens, or Google user data.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date at the top of this page.
