Terms of Service

1. Overview
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of Outreach Agent, a private application built and operated by Muhamz Labs ("Muhamz Labs," "we," "us," or "our"), and this website. By using Outreach Agent, the operator agrees to these Terms.
2. Private, Internal-Use Application
Outreach Agent is a private, self-hosted application operated internally by Muhamz Labs. It is not offered as a public service, and access is limited to its authorized operator.
3. Authorized Account Use
Outreach Agent connects to Gmail mailboxes that the operator is authorized to use. The operator is responsible for ensuring that any connected account, and any outreach conducted through it, complies with applicable law and the terms of service of any connected third-party provider.
4. Acceptable Use
Outreach Agent must be used for legitimate business outreach purposes only. It may not be used to send unsolicited or unlawful communications, to harass recipients, or to violate the acceptable use policies of connected services such as Gmail.
5. Operator Responsibility
The operator of Outreach Agent is responsible for the content of outreach sent through the application, for honoring recipient opt-outs and suppression requests, and for maintaining the security of their own credentials and connected accounts.
6. Third-Party Services
Outreach Agent integrates with third-party services, including Google/Gmail, to provide its functionality. Use of these third-party services is subject to the respective third party's own terms and policies. Muhamz Labs is not responsible for the availability or behavior of third-party services outside of our control.
7. Service Availability
Outreach Agent is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the application at any time.
8. Intellectual Property
Outreach Agent, this website, and their content are the property of Muhamz Labs. Nothing in these Terms grants any license or ownership rights beyond what is expressly stated.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Muhamz Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to the use of Outreach Agent or this website. Outreach Agent is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date at the top of this page.
11. Termination and Revocation of Access
Access to a connected Gmail account can be revoked at any time through that account's Google security settings. Muhamz Labs may also suspend or discontinue Outreach Agent's operation at its discretion.
